Dandelions can be eaten raw, and they won't lose any of their vitamins or nutrients even when you cook them! So when you see them in your pesticide-free yard, don’t just get rid of them, instead, make delicious recipes. You can use them in all kinds of things: like tea, salads, soup broths, dandelion jelly, dandelion bread, fritters, cookies, just to name a few.
