Combining garlic with honey and lemon makes for a nice treat plus a remedy. 1 clove garlic + 1 lemon + 4 tablespoons honey + 1 cup boiled/cooled water - blend together. Pour into a jar, screw on top, set in cool dark place for 48 hours. Strain and store in refrigerator. For preventative, 2 tbsp daily.
